Do you sell to the public?
No, we are a wholesale-only supplier. Our range of K-Beauty products are available exclusively to registered businesses, beauty professionals, and retailers.
How do I create an account?
To create an account, visit our Sign Up page and provide your business details. Once verified, you’ll gain access to our wholesale pricing and exclusive offers.
Ordering & Payments
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes, we have a minimum order value that must be met in order to complete a purchase. However, we do not have a minimum order quantity per product, so you can mix and match all products as needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. For large orders, we may also accept direct invoicing upon approval.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately. Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once the order has been processed.
Shipping & Collection
Do you offer Click and Collect?
Yes! You can pick up your order from our Smithfield warehouse for faster service. Simply select the Click and Collect option at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship most of our products globally. However, Cellstory and Miracle products are exclusive to businesses within Australia and New Zealand.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location. Our express delivery typically takes 1-3 business days. Please allow extra handling time, especially during sales, promotions, or holiday periods.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange products?
Due to the nature of beauty products, we do not accept returns unless an item is defective or incorrect. Please check your order upon delivery and contact us within 5 business days if there are any issues that will require a return or exchange.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
